Terms and conditions

All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
If you need payment plan is available and you can pay in parts.
Max pay time: 4 weeks.2.
I will give you an estimate on how much time I think I need for your commission. If you need me to rush your commission you can choose "Instant work" option.3.
You can't change your references and descriptions of the commission after you made the payment. Minimal change like basic color is okay.4.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me.5.
You are allowed to: use the commission for personal use. This means you can post the commission on social media if you give proper credit to me. You can print the commission out and display it in your personal space. You can print the commission on items for your own personal use. If the commission is intended as a gift for someone else, the same rights apply to that one person.
With commercial rights you will be allowed to make money with the artwork. This means you can produce merchandise, post the artwork on books, use it as a cover/banner/logo etc. This does not forfeit my right to post the artwork on my social media, or live stream the process, unless agreed otherwise.
Adoptable

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me.2.
You have no right to resell the character.3.
Never call it as your own creation. Give me proper credit when you use it.4.
You are allowed to use the character for personal use. Selfuse only! Except if you buy Commercial rights.5.
I have right to use this character as example and post it on my social media.
